Responsibility
- Conduct land surveys and geodetic measurements using advanced surveying equipment and techniques.
- Prepare accurate subdivision and lot plans, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Analyze spatial data and create detailed maps, charts, and reports for project planning and execution.
- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and project managers to ensure precise land measurements and boundary definitions.
- Perform topographic surveys to support infrastructure development and construction projects.
- Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior surveyors and field teams.
- Ensure all surveying activities adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering or a related field.
- Licensed Geodetic Engineer or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience in land surveying, geodetic measurements, and spatial data analysis.
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and GIS software.
- Strong knowledge of local and international surveying standards and regulations.
