Responsibility
- Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects.
- Conduct material and labor cost analysis to optimize project expenses.
- Negotiate and administer contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Monitor project progress and track expenditures against budgets, ensuring cost control.
- Perform risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies for financial and contractual risks.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to align financial plans with technical requirements.
- Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and valuation reports.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in construction or engineering projects.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., Candy, WinQS, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement, and tendering processes.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with fluency in English.
