Responsibility
- Manage the full project life cycle from cost estimation and tendering to final account settlement.
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BQ) and perform accurate site measurements for progress claims.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, evaluate work quality, and ensure project compliance with budget parameters.
- Review and administer construction contracts, including the management of variation orders and contractual claims.
- Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project costs, expenditure tracking, and procurement schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and budget forecasting for commercial office fit-out projects.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in commercial interior fit-out or renovation projects.
- Strong understanding of standard building contracts (e.g., SIA, PSSCOC).
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight project deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and financial accuracy.
