Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates for ACMV and M&E projects.
- Conduct procurement activities, including tendering and supplier negotiations.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control measures are implemented.
- Review and administer contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to optimize project costs.
- Prepare progress claims, variations, and final accounts.
- Conduct site visits to verify work progress and resolve cost-related disputes.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in ACMV and M&E projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost estimation, and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, Candy).
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards in Indonesia.
- Certification in quantity surveying (e.g., RICS, AIQS) is a plus.
