Responsibility
- Assist in on-site construction activities under the guidance of experienced supervisors.
- Support project coordination, including scheduling, material procurement, and subcontractor liaison.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and as-built drawings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize workflows.
- Participate in training sessions on modern construction techniques, tools, and software.
- Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and environmental sustainability practices.
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude toward learning and professional development.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in a multicultural environment.
- Physical fitness and willingness to work in outdoor or on-site conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project) is advantageous.
