Responsibility
- Assist senior supervisors in monitoring daily site activities and ensuring adherence to project timelines.
- Support the implementation of safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections.
- Help coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to maintain smooth operations.
- Assist in documenting progress reports, site logs, and incident reports.
- Participate in quality control checks to ensure compliance with construction standards.
- Learn to interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications under supervision.
- Assist in resolving minor on-site issues and escalating concerns to senior staff.
- Contribute to team meetings and provide input on process improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a construction-related degree program (Civil Engineering, Construction Management, etc.).
- Basic understanding of construction principles and site operations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
