Responsibility
- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports.
- Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure compliance with financial and contractual requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop accurate project timelines and budgets.
- Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to secure competitive pricing and terms.
- Prepare and submit tender documents, contracts, and other project-related documentation.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and verify cost estimates.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with local construction laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
