Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates for construction projects.
- Manage and monitor project budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to verify project progress and costs.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Prepare and submit progress reports and financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to optimize project costs.
- Resolve any financial disputes or discrepancies that arise during the project.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
