Responsibility
- Prepare and review quantity take-offs, bill of quantities, and cost estimates for construction projects.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents, contracts, and project specifications.
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, labor, and equipment used on-site.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Generate regular progress reports and present findings to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies in project documentation and quantities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Preferably licensed as a Civil Engineer (or in the process of obtaining licensure).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, or office engineering.
- Proficient in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
