Responsibility
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of hardware and software systems for manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in non-production environments.
- Maintain and calibrate engineering equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Document technical processes, procedures, and test results for internal and regulatory review.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and automation solutions to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on engineering systems to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff and operational teams as needed.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize engineering workflows and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an engineering technician role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in using engineering software tools (e.g., CAD, LabVIEW, or similar) for design and testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with hardware and software integration, debugging, and system validation.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with global teams.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety protocols in engineering and manufacturing operations.
