Responsibility
- Operate and maintain PRVX machines for wafer sorting and semiconductor testing.
- Perform routine servicing, calibration, and troubleshooting of probe cards to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct precise soldering and rework on semiconductor components as required.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues in real-time.
- Document maintenance procedures, equipment performance, and technical reports for quality assurance.
- Support on-site installations, upgrades, and training for clients and internal teams.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards in all semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and operators.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, wafer sorting, or probe card servicing.
- Proficiency in operating PRVX machines or similar semiconductor testing equipment.
- Strong soldering skills and experience with precision rework on electronic components.
- Familiarity with semiconductor testing processes, including wafer probing and defect analysis.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, manuals, and engineering drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in high-pressure environments.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
