Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable standards.
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality systems, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the documentation control process, ensuring all quality-related documents are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
- Lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes to address non-conformities and prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards, procedures, and tools.
- Support external audits and customer visits, ensuring a seamless and compliant experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CQE, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality engineering, or a similar role within the manufacturing or electronics industry.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other relevant quality standards.
- Proven experience in conducting internal audits and managing corrective action systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams across all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Minitab, or other quality tools.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable.
