Responsibility
- Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance with company standards, ISO requirements, and customer specifications.
- Identify non-conformities, root causes, and areas for improvement in manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA) to address audit findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Maintain accurate audit records, reports, and documentation for internal and external reviews.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze process performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in manufacturing auditing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in process auditing, quality assurance, or manufacturing operations.
- Certification in ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other relevant quality standards is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams.
- Proficiency in audit tools, methodologies, and documentation systems.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
