Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Perform in-process quality checks to identify and address defects or deviations during production.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and documentation.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of quality control activities.
- Participate in pre-delivery inspections to verify product integrity before shipment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality data and identifying trends or areas for enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality policies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a similar role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, inspection techniques, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Proficient in using measurement tools, testing equipment, and quality management software.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
