Responsibility
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Manage and monitor project costs, including preparing cost estimates and budgets.
- Administer contracts, including reviewing and negotiating terms with contractors and suppliers.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Identify and resolve any quality issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
- Ensure all projects adhere to local regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Surveyor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using project management and cost estimation software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
