Responsibility
- Oversee the selection and inspection of raw spices to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Monitor and supervise the processing and packaging of spices to maintain consistency and quality.
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits throughout the production process.
- Ensure compliance with local and international food safety and quality regulations.
- Train and guide staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth and efficient export processes.
- Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
- Identify areas for improvement in the production process to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality control or supervision within the food or spice industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and quality assurance practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with export regulations and documentation is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in the region.
