Responsibility
- Oversee daily quality control operations to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of quality technicians to maintain high productivity and accuracy.
- Implement and monitor quality improvement plans and corrective actions to minimize production defects.
- Perform regular audits and inspections on raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods.
- Manage documentation, reports, and data analysis related to quality performance metrics.
- Liaise with production and logistics departments to resolve quality-related bottlenecks.
- Ensure all safety and environmental regulations are strictly adhered to within the facility.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems (QMS).
- Proficient in MS Office and quality reporting software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced MNC environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to lead a small team.
