Responsibility
- Lead and mentor the Site Quality Team to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement quality control processes to enhance operational efficiency and product excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance with industry and company standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality performance and reduce defects.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality management systems and best practices.
- Monitor and report on key quality metrics to senior management.
- Ensure all documentation and records are accurately maintained and updated.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality operations, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
- Proven leadership skills with experience in team management and mentoring.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in quality control tools and methodologies.
