Responsibility
- Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and other regulatory standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify root causes of quality issues and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, providing data-driven insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to integrate quality best practices into all operational processes.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and training programs to uphold a zero-defect manufacturing culture.
- Oversee the calibration and maintenance of quality testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Serve as the primary liaison for external audits, certifications, and customer quality inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CQM, Six Sigma Black Belt) is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality management within manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP, etc.) and regulatory requirements.
- Proven expertise in root cause analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and CAPA methodologies.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience with quality management software (e.g., SAP QM, ETQ Reliance) and MS Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a bonus.
