Responsibility
- Implement and monitor food safety and quality assurance systems in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality control procedures, test results, and corrective actions.
- Train and educate staff on quality assurance protocols and best practices.
- Oversee the calibration and maintenance of quality testing equipment.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance reports to determine root causes and preventive measures.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in quality assurance methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or food safety within the manufacturing or F&B industry.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, and other relevant quality standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in quality assurance (e.g., ISO Lead Auditor) is a plus.
