Responsibility
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a quality assurance team to ensure peak performance and adherence to standards.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure all products and processes meet local and international regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, GMP, HACCP).
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement quality control systems to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.
- Audit Coordination: Lead internal and external audits, addressing findings and driving corrective actions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with production, logistics, and R&D teams to integrate quality best practices.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze quality metrics and KPIs to identify trends and implement improvements.
- Training & Development: Conduct training programs to uphold quality standards across all departments.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate quality risks in the supply chain and production lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in quality management within manufacturing, transport, or logistics, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Certifications: Preferred certifications include Six Sigma, Lean, ISO 9001, or HACCP.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in quality management software (e.g., SAP QM, Minitab) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of industry-specific compliance standards (e.g., FDA, CE, AS9100).
- Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills with expertise in root cause analysis (RCA) and statistical process control (SPC).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Language: Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
