Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure on-time delivery while optimizing resource utilization.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement risk management strategies to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, sales, and operations) to align production with demand forecasts.
- Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities to reduce expenses without compromising quality.
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems to track production progress, adjust plans, and generate reports for stakeholders.
- Assess capacity constraints and propose solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely material procurement and resolve bottlenecks.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflows and reduce lead times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or logistics within manufacturing.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or demand forecasting methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
