Responsibility
- Operate and monitor printing machinery to ensure optimal performance and output quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Inspect printed materials for defects, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
- Follow standardized work instructions and safety procedures to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Load and unload raw materials (e.g., paper, ink, substrates) and finished products efficiently.
- Adjust machine settings (e.g., speed, pressure, alignment) to meet production requirements.
- Document production data, including output volumes, machine status, and quality control checks.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operating printing or manufacturing machinery.
- Familiarity with offset, digital, or flexographic printing processes is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, or work orders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality output.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials (up to 20 kg).
- Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Willingness to work in shift-based schedules (including nights/weekends if required).
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in printing/manufacturing is advantageous.
