Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic materials management plans to align with production demands and business goals.
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including procurement, inventory control, and distribution.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective contracts while maintaining quality standards.
- Optimize warehouse layouts and inventory systems to minimize waste and improve turnover rates.
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain bottlenecks and ensure on-time delivery of materials.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., lead times, stock levels, transportation costs) and present data-driven reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations for material handling and logistics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in materials/logistics, with 3+ years in a managerial role in manufacturing or electronics.
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management software.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and forecasting techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholder relationships.
- Certifications in CSCP, CPIM, or PMP are a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
