Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and RBA standards.
- Oversee all quality control (QC) activities, including inspections, audits, and testing procedures to ensure product conformity.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to optimize processes and reduce defects.
- Monitor and report on key quality metrics, such as defect rates, customer complaints, and process efficiency, to senior management.
- Ensure all manufacturing operations adhere to local and international regulatory requirements, including environmental and ethical standards.
- Train and mentor QC teams to enhance their skills and foster a culture of quality excellence.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, certification bodies, and regulatory agencies to maintain compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or a regulated industry.
- Proven expertise in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and RBA standards, with certification(s) being a plus.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and FMEA.
- Experience with audit processes, including internal audits, third-party audits, and regulatory inspections.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (if not already based in the region).
