Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other relevant industry standards.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints.
- Oversee inspection, testing, and validation processes to ensure products meet technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to drive continuous improvement in product quality and process efficiency.
- Conduct internal and external audits, including supplier audits, to ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations.
- Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as defect rates, yield, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ensure adherence to EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) protocols in all quality-related activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or Mechanical) or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in quality management within the EMS or electronics manufacturing industry.
- Proven expertise in ISO 9001, IATF 16949, IPC-A-610, and other relevant quality standards.
- Strong knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), FMEA, 8D problem-solving, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with audit management (internal/external) and supplier quality assurance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in quality management software (e.g., SAP QM, Minitab) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
