Responsibility
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards and company policies.
- Manage and maintain controlled documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor quality management processes.
- Develop and deliver training programs on QMS procedures and best practices.
- Analyze audit findings and recommend corrective actions to address non-conformities.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality management.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a QMS or quality assurance role.
- Certification in ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using QMS software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with manufacturing, transport, or logistics industries is preferred.
