Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels using advanced warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and optimize stock replenishment.
- Organize and label inventory for easy retrieval, adhering to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify discrepancies, trends, or areas for improvement.
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and logging incoming shipments while verifying against purchase orders.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
- Implement and maintain safety, hygiene, and organizational standards in storage areas.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related field.
- Proficiency in inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar WMS tools) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of supply chain logistics and best practices in stock control.
- Physical stamina to lift/move inventory items (up to 20 kg) and work in a warehouse setting.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
