Responsibility
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and evaluate process controls, documentation, and operational procedures to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans to address non-compliance issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to company policies and industry best practices.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management with actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated with local and international food safety regulations and industry trends.
- Train and guide staff on compliance requirements and quality assurance protocols.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process auditing, quality assurance, or a similar role within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP) and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficient in audit methodologies, data analysis, and report writing.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Certification in food safety or auditing (e.g., Lead Auditor, HACCP) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to various sites within Bali as required.
