Responsibility
- Lead the maintenance, auditing, and enhancement of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other relevant quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures for 3PL logistics and semiconductor implant operations, including incoming/outgoing inspections and process validations.
- Conduct internal and external audits, identify non-conformities, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, engineering, and supply chain) to streamline processes and reduce defects in logistics workflows.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and quality metrics (e.g., defect rates, on-time delivery, customer complaints) to drive data-driven improvements.
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements for semiconductor and high-tech logistics.
- Ensure adherence to customer-specific quality requirements and industry regulations (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100) for implant operations.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management and clients, highlighting trends, risks, and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, ISO Lead Auditor) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within 3PL logistics, semiconductor, or manufacturing industries.
- Proven expertise in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or industry-specific quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949 for automotive/semiconductor).
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, FMEA, SPC, PDCA).
- Excellent auditing, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
- Experience in training and leading teams on quality processes and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and quality management software.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
