Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
- Document and report inspection results, including non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements.
- Perform in-process and final quality checks for construction activities, equipment installations, and manufacturing processes.
- Utilize precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) and testing equipment to verify product dimensions and performance.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test data, and quality metrics for audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to local and international quality regulations, including ISO standards and industry-specific certifications.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control, inspection, or a related field within manufacturing, transport, or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), ISO 9001, and industry-specific standards.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) to prepare reports and liaise with stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Certification in Quality Control (e.g., ASQ CQI, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali, with flexibility for occasional travel to project sites.
