Responsibility
- Develop and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) in compliance with ISO and industry standards.
- Utilize AI and RPA tools to automate quality processes and enhance efficiency.
- Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in quality systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Analyze quality data to generate insights and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train and mentor staff on QMS procedures and best practices.
- Ensure documentation and reporting meet regulatory and company requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier quality performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management within manufacturing or semiconductor industries.
- Proficiency in AI and RPA tools for process automation.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other relevant quality standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality data analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma) is a plus.
