Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor Quality Management Systems (QMS) in alignment with ISO standards and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality benchmarks and safety regulations.
- Identify root causes of quality deviations and propose corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to integrate quality best practices into all project phases.
- Prepare and present detailed quality reports for stakeholders, highlighting trends, non-conformities, and improvement opportunities.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures, tools, and methodologies to foster a culture of excellence.
- Review and approve materials, workmanship, and documentation to ensure adherence to specifications and contractual obligations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within the construction industry, preferably in large-scale projects.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 19001, or other relevant QMS standards and local construction regulations.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., CQM, PMP, or Six Sigma) is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in quality control tools (e.g., FMEA, Pareto Analysis, Control Charts).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to draft technical reports and presentations.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
