Responsibility
- Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for LTA projects.
- Conduct tender analysis, contract negotiations, and procurement activities.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to optimize costs and resources.
- Review and assess variation orders, claims, and final accounts.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
- Provide financial and commercial advice to support project decision-making.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for auditing purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in LTA or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in quantity take-offs, cost estimation software, and MS Office.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards in Singapore.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, SISV) is a plus.
