Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee daily construction site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to align project objectives and resolve operational challenges.
- Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, permits, progress reports, and compliance records.
- Monitor project milestones, track deliverables, and proactively identify risks or delays, implementing mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify safety protocols, material quality, and workmanship in accordance with industry regulations.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders through meetings, updates, and clear documentation to ensure transparency.
- Assist in procurement processes, including vendor selection, cost estimation, and material sourcing to optimize project resources.
- Support the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets using tools like MS Project, Primavera, or similar software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, construction management, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction specifications.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations, safety standards (OSHA), and permitting processes in Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
