Responsibility
- Develop and implement quality control systems to ensure product and process compliance with industry standards.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to resolve quality issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to drive continuous improvement projects.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify adherence to quality protocols and customer requirements.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and recommend process enhancements.
- Train and mentor staff on quality best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain documentation and records in accordance with regulatory and certification requirements.
- Support new product introductions by ensuring quality standards are integrated from the design phase.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Certification in Quality Engineering (CQE, SQE, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality engineering within manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.).
- Proficient in statistical process control (SPC), FMEA, and root cause analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
