Responsibility
- Oversee daily SPC operations to ensure compliance with quality standards and production targets.
- Lead and mentor a team of QA technicians, providing training and performance feedback.
- Analyze process performance data and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and optimize workflows.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including reports and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing or electronics.
- Strong knowledge of SPC, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a technical team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
