As a key player in our procurement team, you will manage end-to-end inventory processes, negotiate with suppliers, and optimize stock levels to support production efficiency. Based in Canggu, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost savings and operational excellence.

Responsibility
- Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing raw materials and supplies.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess stock.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and evaluate pricing trends.
- Implement inventory control procedures and conduct regular audits.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to align procurement with operational needs.
- Prepare and analyze procurement reports to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or inventory management, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with medical industry procurement is a plus.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
