Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective and high-quality materials.
- Manage procurement processes, including purchase orders, invoicing, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.
- Prepare and analyze procurement reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Resolve supply chain issues promptly to minimize disruptions to production.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
