Responsibility
- Coordinate and schedule transport activities for timely and efficient deliveries across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency, considering traffic, weather, and other logistical factors.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs to ensure fleet reliability and safety.
- Liaise with drivers, warehouse teams, and customers to ensure smooth operations and resolve any delivery-related issues.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, fuel consumption, and vehicle utilization.
- Ensure compliance with local transport regulations, company policies, and health and safety standards.
- Manage documentation related to transport operations, including delivery notes, invoices, and customs paperwork (if applicable).
- Collaborate with the logistics team to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in transport coordination, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of transport operations, route planning, and fleet management.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using logistics software, GPS tracking systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with drivers, customers, and team members.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet and resolve logistical challenges efficiently.
- Knowledge of local transport regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
