Responsibility
- Lead and manage multiple manufacturing and logistics programs from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to align project goals with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and expectation management.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, cost savings, and quality standards.
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies across all project phases.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management within manufacturing, logistics, or a similar industry.
- Proven expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, Six Sigma) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage relationships with global stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or APICS are highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
