Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Conduct thorough inspections and audits of manufacturing processes, materials, and finished products to identify defects or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and drive corrective actions.
- Analyze quality data and trends to generate reports and recommend process optimizations.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) investigations for non-conformances and implement preventive measures.
- Train and mentor staff on quality procedures, best practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure adherence to ISO, Lean, Six Sigma, and other relevant quality management frameworks.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis tools.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or ISO standards is a plus.
- Proficient in using quality management software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
