Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of printed materials and flexible packaging products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections using various measuring tools and equipment.
- Document and report any defects or deviations from quality specifications.
- Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and test results.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations within the production facility.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in a related field (e.g., Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality Control).
- Previous experience in quality control, preferably in the printing or packaging industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and inconsistencies.
- Familiarity with quality control tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
