Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor inbound/outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate records using ERP or WMS systems.
- Optimize route planning and shipment scheduling to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency.
- Resolve logistics-related issues, such as delays or discrepancies, with proactive problem-solving.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including shipping manifests, bills of lading, and customs paperwork.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to forecast demand and align logistics capacity accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics coordination, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of incoterms, customs procedures, and local/regional transportation networks is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Familiarity with Bali’s logistics infrastructure (e.g., ports, warehouses, distribution hubs) is advantageous.
