Responsibility
- Conduct thorough testing and inspection of assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Manage parts inventory, including tracking, organizing, and restocking components to support production needs.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain detailed records of inspections, defects, and inventory transactions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects or malfunctions in assemblies, utilizing diagnostic tools and technical expertise.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and supervisors, to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Assist in the setup, calibration, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or quality control environment.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
