Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end warehousing and distribution operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports to track operational efficiency and financial performance.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to align logistics operations with business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols across all operational sites.
- Drive innovation by evaluating and integrating new technologies and best practices in logistics management.
- Resolve operational challenges and escalations promptly to maintain service excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in contract logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale warehousing operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and transportation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in logistics software, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and ERP systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and market dynamics is highly advantageous.
