Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor inbound/outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with customs regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock records.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to resolve logistics-related issues and optimize transportation routes.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and export/import permits.
- Track shipment statuses using ERP or TMS software and provide real-time updates to stakeholders.
- Assist in warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods while adhering to safety protocols.
- Generate reports on logistics performance, costs, and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align logistics activities with business demand forecasts.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations (international exposure is a plus).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Microsoft Excel, and logistics software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with global teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with incoterms, customs procedures, and international shipping regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is advantageous.
