Responsibility
- Implement and monitor compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and company policies.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations in all operational activities.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to align workflows with governmental and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to quality control, safety, and procedural compliance.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on best practices in work standards and safety protocols.
- Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to ensure seamless compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing, transport, or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in documentation, reporting, and audit procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
