Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily assembly operations to ensure on-time production and quality standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor assembly teams to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, SOPs, and quality control measures.
- Monitor production metrics, identify bottlenecks, and propose process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, maintenance) to streamline workflows.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and environmental standards.
- Optimize resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in manufacturing supervision, preferably in plastics or assembly-line environments.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams of 10+ members.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in production planning, inventory management, and KPI tracking.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, OHSAS, or other compliance frameworks is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing production demands.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields.
