Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, this position offers a competitive salary of RM 5,500 – RM 7,000 per month and the opportunity to work in a collaborative and innovative environment. Responsibility
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product and process compliance.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and enhance processes.
- Analyze data and prepare reports on quality metrics and performance.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control best practices.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce defects.
- Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role within manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
